The Buckleys Wet Roof Pro2 is a flat roof leak detector kit designed to locate leaks in wet, non-conductive roofing membranes. It uses electrical current flow through surface moisture to pinpoint faults and also includes a wet sponge mode for testing upstands and other vertical surfaces.
The Wet Roof Pro2 is designed to identify and locate leaks in flat roofs with non-conductive surfaces, including hot-melt, asphalt, and single-ply roofing membranes. The system works by generating an electrical current within the water on the roof surface. When water passes through a breach in the membrane and reaches an earthed part of the structure, a circuit is completed, allowing the detector to guide the user toward the source of the leak.
