Comprehensive Electronic Leak Detection Kit

The Dry Roof Pro2 offers a fast and effective way to test non-conductive flat roof coverings and locate leaks that may be too small to detect visually. A redesigned user interface, large multi-color display, and microprocessor-controlled operation help simplify setup and use in the field.

Built for a range of roof testing applications, the instrument can be adapted to different job requirements with compatible accessories and electrodes. A fully enclosed aluminum casing, IP65 ingress protection rating, and built-in test standards support reliable performance in demanding day-to-day conditions.

How it Works

  • Uses a controlled high-voltage output and an electrode to inspect non-conductive roof coverings for defects

  • Looks for a completed circuit caused by a breach in the membrane or coating as the electrode moves across the surface

  • Visual and audible alarms are triggered when a defect creates a path to the conductive layer beneath
