Cartoli Warranty Policy

1. New Products

All new products sold by Cartoli are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, typically lasting one (1) year from the date of purchase. For specific warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your product or contact us for assistance.

2. Used & Refurbished Products

Cartoli offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all used and refurbished equipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For warranty claims, please contact Cartoli to initiate a warranty service request.

3. Shipping

Cartoli Instruments will cover shipping costs associated with sending items for warranty service requests.

4. Exclusions

The following are not covered under Cartoli's warranty:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Consumables, batteries, and accessories
• Calibration drift over time
