Cartoli Warranty & Return Policy

1. New Products

Warranty

All new products sold by Cartoli are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, typically lasting one (1) year from the date of purchase. For specific warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your product or contact us for assistance.

Returns

  • New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

After 30 Days

For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly, as their warranty terms and procedures will apply.

2. Used & Refurbished Products

Warranty

Cartoli offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all used and refurbished equipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Returns

  • Used and refurbished products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in the same condition as received.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

After 30 Days

3. Rental Equipment

Warranty

All rental equipment is tested before shipping and guaranteed to be in working order upon arrival. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

  • Rental equipment should be returned in its original packaging to avoid shipping damage.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging.

Buyout Option

Customers have the option to purchase rented equipment. Contact Cartoli for a buyout price, which will consider the rental payments already made.

4. Return Process

Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Cartoli's customer service to obtain an RMA before returning any product.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to a Cartoli error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

5. Exclusions

The following are not covered under Cartoli's warranty and return policy:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumables, batteries, and accessories
  • Calibration drift over time
  • Software and licenses
  • Special orders or customized products

6. Buyback Program

If your equipment is underutilized or no longer needed, Cartoli offers a Buyback Program:

  • Trade-In: Exchange your equipment for credit towards new purchases.
  • Cash Back: Receive a competitive offer based on the current market value and condition of your equipment.
  • Rental Conversion: Convert your equipment into a rental agreement, allowing for flexible return options.
