Cartoli Return & Refund Policy

Details on eligibility, timelines, fees, conditions, and refund processing.



Quick Summary

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for unopened, unused, sealed items.
  • Restocking fee: 20% within 30 days; case-by-case after 30 days (up to 30%).
  • RMA required: Obtain an RMA number before sending any return.
  • Defective/DOA: Report immediately; once verified, no restocking fee.
  • Ineligible: Any product that does not meet conditions 1–4 below.


Conditions for Return

All returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Product must be unopened.
  2. Product must be unused.
  3. Product must be sealed in original packaging.
  4. All portions of the packing list must be intact and match conditions 1–3 above.

Any return that fails to meet conditions 1–4 will not receive a full refund and may be refused entirely.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Contact Cartoli Support with your order number to request an RMA. Returns without an RMA authorization will be refused.
  2. The customer is responsible for secure packaging; shipping damage due to inadequate packing may void eligibility.
  3. Prepare shipment: repack item in original packaging, include all accessories, and place RMA inside and outside the box.
  4. Ship with a trackable method to the return address provided.
  5. We will inspect upon receipt and notify you of approval, partial refund, or rejection.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after receipt.
  • Restocking fees and shipping costs (if applicable) are deducted from the refund.
