Rebranding

In an effort to improve customer experience, Cartoli Instrument’s has committed to a full rebrand. In addition to a facelift to our brand as a whole, we have also upgraded our website to better adapt with the current market demands.

We have made many considerations during our rebrand, with the customer journey as our top priority. As a company we are shifting our focus from resale of refurbished equipment to partnering with market leaders as an authorized distributor. New services and features that we are launching include:

Warranty Service - We are now offering a warranty option for both new and used equipment. This service will be offered through CPS and can be added upon check out. 

Rental Service - At Cartoli, we understand that sometimes equipment may only be needed for a specific project. Rentals starting from 1 day up or up to a *specified time; we are here to support your needs.

Financing - Cartoli has partnered with APPROVE, for times when financing is a better option  than owning. Simply complete a 60 second form conveniently located on every product page. 

Calibration with or without data - We will continue to offer calibration and upgrades upon request.

Real time chat - Cartoli understands the inconvenience of being placed on hold and long wait queues. Coinciding with our website launch, we will be introducing real time chat, where customers are free to respond at their convenience.
