Fiber testers provide the precision needed to install, certify, and maintain high-speed optical networks. This category includes OLTS certifiers, OTDRs, optical power meters, light sources, and visual fault locators. Designed for singlemode and multimode applications, fiber testing tools help technicians ensure signal integrity, meet industry standards, and optimize network performance from installation to maintenance.
VIEW5 PRO’s 5-inch high-resolution color LCD touch screen with user-friendly intuitive GUI (Graphic User Interface) offers large and clear fiber images to users. By double-tapping the screen, users can Zoom In & Out the image to the world’s highest magnification of 520x. The fusion splicer is equipped with bua ilt-in IoT module that connects to the INNO’s View Pro Cloud Management System for real-time operation and management online. This innovative cloud-based solution is designed to create the most advanced and yet most uncomplicated splicing and work experiences ever.
The DTX-MFM2 fiber module are used with a DTX Series Cable Analyzer to test and certify fiber optic cabling installations.Â
Viavi JDSU OLS-37: Compact, rugged laser source for FTTH/PON testing. Offers 3 wavelengths (1310/1490/1550 nm) for fast, reliable fiber network diagnostics.
Viavi OMK-35 Test Kit: Dual-wavelength optical testing for fiber networks. Lightweight, portable, and efficient for seamless power level & loss measurements.
The T-506 is used together with a high voltage surge generator, to pinpoint high resistance and flashover faults on power cables. It utilizes an Application (App) running on an Android device, connected wirelessly to a handheld sensor. The sensor detects magnetic and audio signals emanating from the faulted cable.Â
The Fujikura FSM-50S welding machine is the top model in the line from the world leader – Fujikura company. The Fujikura FSM-50S is the fastest field welding machine, performing a welding/shrink cycle in 44 seconds. The device has the smallest dimensions in the industry, and legendary strength and reliability.
SMLP5-5 is a rugged loss test kit with data storage designed to measure insertion loss on singlemode & multimode fiber networks. Each SMLP5-5 Kit includes an OLS4 quad Optical Light Source and OPM5 Optical Power Meter.
The TYPE-72C improves splicing performance and reliability and has a newly designed user interface. The TYPE-72C includes a smartphone-like high-resolution touch screen for user friendliness. In Quick Mode, the TYPE-72C reduces splicing and heat shrink time to 5 seconds and 9 seconds respectively.
FBC-001 High Precision Fiber Cleaver adequate for cleaving fiber ends for OTDR access (through a lap splice or XYZ stage), multimode and single-mode mechanical splicing, and UniCam Connector installation.
NOYES OLS2 Dual SM Fiber Light Source: Dual wavelength 1310/1550nm, long battery life, rugged design. Ideal for fiber optic testing and certification. N.I.S.T. traceable.
An OTDR launch cable, which connects the OTDR to the link-under-test, discloses the insertion loss and reflectance of the near-end connection. It is often available on a small spool or within a “launch box”, which is used to create the proper conditions for testing another similar optical fiber for faults. This method avoids undesirable variations in loss and distance measurements. A launch fiber will help to overcome the blind spot or Dead Zone of an OTDR brought about by high launch power or faults near the launch end of the fiber.
