INNO Instrument SC-SM-UPC-30 SC/UPC Single-Mode Splice-On Connectors (3.0mm)

The INNO Instrument SC-SM-UPC-30 is a splice-on connector (SOC) solution designed for single-mode fiber termination using fusion splicing. This 10-pack configuration supports 3.0mm cable installations and enables direct splicing within the connector body.

Each connector is factory pre-cleaved and pre-polished to support controlled optical performance while simplifying field assembly workflows.

Field Termination Design

• SC connector interface with UPC polish
• Designed for single-mode G652D and G657A2 fiber
• Fusion splice termination eliminates splice trays and matching gels
• Internal splice protection within connector housing
• One-touch push-pull style assembly mechanism

Optical & Mechanical Performance

Specified typical insertion loss is 0.15 dB, with maximum limits of 0.2–0.3 dB depending on test standard. Return loss is rated at ≥55 dB. The connector supports tensile strength of ≥50 N for 3.0mm cable and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 75°C.
