The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester is a handheld diagnostic instrument for identifying mechanical vibration faults in rotating equipment. Using tri-axial measurement and on-device analysis, it reports fault type, location, and severity during field testing.
The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester is a portable vibration analysis instrument designed to provide immediate diagnostic information about the mechanical condition of rotating equipment. It integrates vibration measurement, automated fault identification, and severity indication within a single handheld platform suitable for field maintenance environments.
The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester uses a tri-axial TEDS accelerometer to collect vibration data from rotating machinery components. Simultaneous measurement across three axes reduces overall measurement time compared to single-axis approaches while maintaining consistent data acquisition. Internal digital signal processing automatically configures filtering, FFT analysis, and spectral evaluation based on measured machine characteristics.
An included Fluke 8120-T handheld laser tachometer provides rotational speed reference, enabling accurate correlation between vibration data and machine operating speed. Measurement results, diagnostic summaries, and severity indicators are displayed on the integrated color LCD, allowing technicians to interpret machine condition directly at the point of measurement.
