The Fluke 289/FVF is a True-RMS industrial logging digital multimeter combined with FlukeView Forms software. It is designed for logging, reviewing, and documenting measurement data across electronics, plant automation, power distribution, and electro-mechanical systems.

Logging and Measurement Capabilities

• True-RMS AC measurements with 100 kHz bandwidth
• On-board TrendCapture with storage for up to 10,000 readings
• MIN/MAX/AVG recording mode with elapsed time tracking
• Peak record with 250 µs response time
• dBm, dBV, and user-selectable reference measurements

Advanced Electrical Functions

The meter includes a Low Pass filter for improved voltage and frequency measurements on adjustable speed motor drives and electrically noisy equipment. LoZ voltage mode reduces ghost voltages during troubleshooting. A two-terminal 50 Ω range with 1 mΩ resolution and 10 mA source current supports low resistance comparison measurements.
