Digi-Pas DWL5000XY is a 2-axis precision tilt sensor module for real-time leveling, tilt angle, and vibration monitoring in machinery, equipment, and structural systems.
Digi-Pas DWL5000XY is a 2-axis precision tilt sensor module designed for embedded installation in machinery, equipment, and structural systems. It measures plane leveling state, 2D tilt angles, and vibration data for continuous monitoring and data acquisition. Its compact IP65-rated format supports industrial measurement workflows where stable digital inclination feedback is required.
- Measures single-axis inclination across 0° to ±90.00° for angular positioning and leveling feedback.- Measures dual-axis tilt across 0° to ±15.00° for simultaneous X and Y plane monitoring.- Transmits measurement data through RS485 communication for integration into control and monitoring systems.- Supports direct serial communication or control-box-based connection for real-time data readout and logging.
- Resolution is 0.01° (175 µm/M, 0.002 in/ft) for fine inclination monitoring.- Accuracy is ±0.01° from 0° to 2.00° and ±0.03° at other angles.- Built-in vibrometer supports vibration measurement up to 1.0 g.- Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C with IP65 environmental protection.- Approximate sensor module size is 90 mm × 60 mm × 30 mm with approximate weight of 400 g.
- Integrated into machinery or equipment for real-time plane leveling and tilt monitoring.- Used in data acquisition and logging workflows for structural or system inclination measurement.- Applied where simultaneous 2D tilt and vibration measurement is required in embedded installations.
