The TPP0250 is a Passive Voltage Probe designed for use with Tektronix MDO3000, MDO4000B, MSO/DPO4000B and MSO/DPO5000B-series oscilloscopes, these probes provide up to 1GHz of analog bandwidth with less than 3.9pF of capacitive loading. Integrated oscilloscope and probe measurement system provides intelligent communication that automatically scales and adjusts units on the oscilloscope display to match the probe attenuation.

  • Ground shipments will be sent via Fedex, UPS or USPS.
  • Freight shipments will be sent via Freight Carrier, you can request free quote, must be able to accept semi truck and trailer and have forklift for loads over 300 pounds.
  • We do offer faster shipping for an extra cost (Please contact us for faster shipments).
  • Tracking numbers will be put into the listing after your item has been shipped.
  • Many countries impose duties, custom, tariffs and taxes, we do not cover those charges and the buyer is solely responsible
