A neutral assembly is used when a safety switch requires a dedicated neutral and grounding connection. This method adds an insulated, groundable neutral point within the switch assembly for commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Installation method in the switch enclosure

The Square D SN0610 is designed to align with grooves in the line base and snap into place. For service entrance use, a green bonding screw is installed in the designated hole to provide a grounded neutral connection.
