24 VDC Power Conversion for Industrial Control Systems

The SolaHD SDN 10-24-480 is a DIN rail power supply designed for industrial DC power conversion. It converts three-phase AC input into regulated 24 VDC output at 10 A. Typical use includes machine control, process control, conveying, material handling, and packaging systems.

Three-Phase AC Conversion with Regulated DC Output

- Accepts three-phase 380-480 VAC input and converts it to regulated 24 VDC output.
- Supports an adjustable output range from 22.5 to 28.5 VDC for system voltage matching.
- Uses fold-forward current limiting so current rises while voltage drops to maintain constant power during overload.
- Provides overvoltage protection above 30 VDC and below 33 VDC with auto recovery.
- Uses snap-on DIN rail mounting for TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 installation.

Output, Protection, and Installation Specifications

- Rated for 10 A nominal output and 240 W nominal power.
- Delivers 12 A peak current at 2x nominal current for less than 2 seconds.
- Provides less than 50 mVpp ripple with overall output tolerance below ±2%.
- Operates from -10°C to 60°C at full power, with linear derating to half power at 70°C.
- Includes IP20 screw terminal connections, green DC status indication, and a fully enclosed metal housing.
