The Pruftechnik ROTALIGN Ultra is a professional laser shaft alignment system engineered for precise, repeatable alignment of rotating machinery. This configuration includes the activated Advanced Shaft Alignment license and the correct optical measurement heads for the ROTALIGN Ultra platform: the ALI 3.600 receiver and ALI 3.610 laser emitter. Together, these components deliver the single-laser, dual-detector measurement principle designed to support accurate alignment across a wide range of industrial equipment.

The activated Advanced license enhances the system’s standard workflow with expanded evaluation tools, improved tolerance handling, editable measurement functions, and refined correction guidance. Using the ALI 3.600 and ALI 3.610 optical heads, the system collects many measurement points during shaft rotation in SWEEP or Pass mode, avoiding the limitations of three-point readings.
