Pruftechnik OPTALIGN Plus ALI 5.200 is a laser shaft alignment system for rotating machinery coupling alignment using a transducer/reflector measurement set and guided correction workflow. This configuration supports quick field setup with bracket mounting and RS-232 connectivity for transferring or printing alignment results.


EZ-Sweep measurement and TolChek tolerance status

  • EZ-Sweep continuous measurement method captures alignment readings during shaft rotation.
  • TolChek displays alignment condition to help determine whether corrections are required.
  • Soft foot function supports checking machine feet contact and correction values.
  • Supports alignment workflows for horizontal machines and advanced setups such as vertical machines.

UniBeam single-laser architecture with industrial housings

OPTALIGN Plus uses a single-laser measurement principle (UniBeam) to simplify optical setup in the field. The transducer and reflector are rated IP67 and the control unit is rated IP65, supporting use in industrial maintenance environments where spray, dust, and tight installation spaces are common.
