It converts thermocouple or millivolt input signals into a 4-20mA output that is linear with temperature or millivolt input. DIN-style packaging supports high-density control room and panel installations.
- Accepts non-linear temperature input from standard ISA and other thermocouple types, as well as millivolt sources.- Uses front push buttons and solderless jumpers to select input type, range, upscale or downscale drive, and linearization settings.- Applies automatic reference junction compensation to support long-term temperature measurement accuracy.- Converts the selected input into an analog 4-20mA output for transmission to control and monitoring systems.
- Supports common thermocouple types and millivolt ranges, with field-selectable input limits from -190°C to +1820°C depending on range code.- Provides 4-20mA output into 600 ohms with 24Vdc supply and operates from 12-42DC in DIN configuration.- Includes a 4-digit LCD for input value, zero, full scale, problem codes, and high or low limit warnings.- Delivers 500Vrms galvanic isolation between input and output terminals with intelligent self-diagnostics for sensor failure and calibration, memory, or unit function errors.- Allows zero and span adjustment from front tactile push buttons without a separate calibrator.
