Megger SVERKER 900 Expert Relay and Substation Test System with Advanced Protection Instruments

The Megger SVERKER 900 Expert is a multifunction relay and substation test system designed for secondary injection testing of protection relays and associated control circuits. It integrates three current generators and four fully isolated voltage generators in a portable enclosure with touch-screen control. This Expert configuration enables advanced protection test routines including Prefault–Fault with Multiple Timing Test (MTT) and reference curves, Impedance, CT Magnetization, Ramping, and Sequencer instruments.

Three-Phase Generation Architecture

The SVERKER 900 Expert incorporates three independent current generators rated up to 35 A each and four galvanically isolated voltage generators rated up to 300 V per channel. Current channels may be connected in parallel for higher single-phase current output or in series for extended voltage compliance. Voltage channels may also be configured in series for higher combined voltage output. Frequency is adjustable from 10 Hz to 600 Hz with controlled phase angle adjustment. Integrated measurement functions include voltage, current, impedance, power, frequency, and phase angle measurement of connected electrical circuits.
