Clad Alignment Fusion Splicer Kit

The INNO Instrument M7+ is a compact, single-fiber fusion splicer that uses Active V-Groove cladding alignment and an integrated heater. This kit includes an INNO V1 fiber cleaver for fiber preparation.

Design and Operation

The M7+ supports a range of silica optical fibers and provides automated calibration functions (including arc calibration by air pressure and temperature) to support consistent operation across changing environments.

  • Single-fiber field splicing for SM, MM, DS, NZDS, and G.657 fibers
  • Network build-out and maintenance workflows requiring splice data and images
  • Splice protection using heat-shrink sleeves (20–60 mm)
