Shipping and Handling:

• All of our items have 1 (one) business day handling time (Unless it is the weekend or a holiday).
• Ground shipments will be sent via Fedex or USPS.

• Freight shipments will be sent via Freight Carrier, you can request free quote, must be able to accept semi truck and trailer and have forklift for loads over 300 pounds.

• We do offer faster shipping for an extra cost (Please contact us for faster shipments).

• Tracking numbers will be put into the listing after your item has been shipped.

Payment:

• We accept Paypal as well as certified mail check (whichever is easier for you)..

International Shipments:

• Quotes are available for ship Internationally, please shoot me an email.

Shipping & Insurance:

Every item is packed professionally to avoid damage and Insurance is REQUIRED on all purchases. A tracking number will be provided. By bidding, buyer agrees that Cartoli Instruments LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items caused by the carrier. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is missing contents, or your item does not arrive, please contact the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging including packing materials, contents, invoices and packing slips as you may need these for the claims process.
