FTTH Innovations FIG controlled fibre installation in microduct systems

Air blown microfibre installation requires controlled application of pushing force to move fibre through microduct using compressed air. Inconsistent force or air quality can interrupt installation and affect cable handling.

The FTTH Innovations FIG applies electronically controlled pushing force to fibre during installation. It combines battery-powered drive with regulated air input to support controlled microfibre installation in field environments

Air and Power Operation

The system operates using a regulated compressed air supply up to 10 bar with a minimum flow of 50 litres per minute. Power is supplied by rechargeable 12V Li-ion batteries, supporting portable field deployment.
