Scanner Mounting and Thermal Isolation for Burner Monitoring

The Fireye 60-2919-1 is a 1 in NPT mounting flange for Fireye Phoenix and InSight II flame scanner installations. It provides the mechanical mounting interface while supporting purge air flow and thermal isolation in burner environments.

Threaded Mounting with Purge Air Routing

- 1 in NPT female mounting threads provide the primary mechanical connection between the scanner mounting point and sight pipe assembly.
- An integral heat-insulating female thread insert helps reduce conductive heat transfer from the burner mounting location.
- A 3/8 in NPT female connection allows cooling or purge air to be introduced through the flange body.
- Purge air flow helps keep the optical path clear of soot and moisture while supporting temperature control around the mounting area.
