The Eagle Eye Power Solutions LB-Series is a constant current DC load bank family designed for discharge testing, battery capacity testing, acceptance testing, and maintenance of DC power systems. These portable load banks support a broad operating range and maintain constant current discharge without requiring adjustment during the test.

Constant Current Testing with Built-In Test Protection

  • Designed for discharge testing, battery capacity testing, and DC system testing
  • Voltage auto-sensing operating range across LB-Series configurations
  • LED display for voltage, current, and test duration on CC models
  • Auto-stop conditions include test time, end voltage, exceeded capacity, and cell voltage where supported
  • Alarm and discharge shutdown for overheating, abnormal battery disconnection, or improper polarity

LB-Series Architecture for Portable DC Load Testing

The LB-Series uses intelligent constant current technology to hold the programmed discharge current throughout testing. Automatic cooling fan operation after each test helps support thermal protection during repeated battery and DC power system evaluations.
