The Eagle Eye LB-480-100-CCD is a constant-current DC load bank configured for 480V, 100A testing. It supports discharge testing, battery capacity testing, acceptance testing, and battery maintenance for DC systems. Data handling and software functions support monitoring, recording, analysis, and report creation.

Constant-Current Discharge with Auto-Sensing Control

- Constant-current discharge maintains the selected current without manual adjustment during the test.
- Voltage auto-sensing supports operation across DC system voltage conditions.
- Adjustable discharge current sets the required test load for the discharge process.
- Auto-stop conditions end discharge by test time, end voltage, exceeded capacity, or cell voltage.
- Alarm shutdown responds to overheating, abnormal battery disconnection, or improper polarity.

- General LB-Series operating range supports 5–600V and 0–2000A models.
