Eagle Eye DLV-Max Kit Configuration

The Eagle Eye DLV-Max Kit combines the DLV-Pro data logging voltmeter with the SG-Ultra Max digital hydrometer for battery voltage, specific gravity, and temperature testing. Test data can be transferred to Winmeter 5.1 Battery Analysis Software, and voltage and specific gravity readings can be combined into a single report.

The DLV-Max Kit supports routine battery measurements and full discharge testing with on-site review of recorded results. Export capability to PDF reports or Excel spreadsheets is also provided.

Test Architecture

The DLV-Pro measures cell voltage from 0 to 20 V, while the SG-Ultra Max measures density from 0.000 to 3.000 g/cm3 and sample temperature from 0 to 80 °C. The kit can also perform full discharge testing on up to 256 cells with time-stamped voltage readings and associated load current and specific gravity data.
