Thermal Time Delay Control for Relay Circuits with 115C60

The Amperite 115C60 is a G Series thermal time delay relay. It provides fixed 60-second Delay on Break operation using SPST normally closed isolated output contacts for relay timing control.

Heater-Driven Timing Cycle and Contact Transfer

- Input power applied to the heater terminals begins the timing cycle.
- Relay contacts transfer at the end of the initial delay time.
- Contacts remain transferred until heater input power is removed.
- Contacts return to the original state after the reset release delay period.

Timing, Contact, and Input Capabilities

- Fixed 60-second timing value for factory preset delay operation.
- 115V AC/DC nominal input with 90V minimum and 130V maximum limits.
- SPST-NC contact arrangement, defined as 1 Form B Delay on Break.
- 3A resistive contact rating at 115V AC.
- Timing tolerance rated at ±20% with ±5% repeatability.
