AEMC 2135.71 AC Current Probe for Models 6471 & 6472

The AEMC 2135.71 is an AC Current Probe Model MN82 for use with AEMC Ground Resistance Tester Models 6471 and 6472. The probe measures AC current around grounding conductors for selective ground testing and stakeless ground electrode measurement. Its clamp design supports field use around cable conductors and 20 x 5 mm bus bars.

- Clamps around a conductor up to 0.78 in diameter to sense AC current without interrupting the grounding connection.
- Works with the Fall-of-Potential method to support selective ground measurements by moving the probe across grounding points.
- Supports two-probe operation with AEMC 6471 and 6472 testers to measure grounding electrodes without auxiliary rods.
- Outputs measurement signal through a 6 ft lead with CA connector for direct tester connection.
