ABB OHDI-01 115/230 VAC Digital Input Module

The ABB OHDI-01 is a high-voltage digital input interface module designed for integration with ABB ACS550, ACH550, and ACS800 AC drives. It enables connection of external 115 VAC or 230 VAC digital input signals and converts them to 24 VDC inputs suitable for drive control circuits.

High-Voltage Digital Input Interface

• Accepts 115 to 230 VAC digital input signals (±10%)
• Supports up to six 115 VAC inputs
• Supports up to three 230 VAC inputs
• Converts high-voltage inputs to 24 VDC drive-level signals
• 2.5 kV rms isolation between high and low voltage sides

Drive Compatibility and Integration

The OHDI-01 module is compatible with ABB ACS550, ACH550, and ACS800 drives. It mounts inside the drive enclosure and connects via spring cage terminal blocks on both high and low voltage sides.
